Contaban hace unos días en RNE que Martin Lee Gore, principal compositor de Depeche Mode, así como teclista, guitarrista y segundo vocalista, apareció un día por el local de ensayo del grupo con este tema, al que tituló Enjoy the silence, que pretendía fuese un himno emocional, sin mayor pretensión ni ninguna intención de grabarlo con el grupo.
Dicen las malas lenguas que se fue a tomar una cerveza antes de comenzar a ensayar y cuando regresó de nuevo al local, sus compañeros habían sentado las bases para crear la versión definitiva de esta genialidad que los llevó a lo más alto.

Aunque parecezca mentira hay versiones que consiguen el milagro de rescatar auténticas horteradas originales, como está de Luis Fonsi...
